SkillsUp lets you assemble and manage teams without need for micromanagement. Pick skills, required for your tasks, set milestones for evaluation and rate responsible person for them. The rating is done by adding a skill point to the selected skill. There are three criteria to rate: Timing, Quality and Autonomy. If you don't feel that team member performed well, don't reward him/her with skill point. Progress is visible to all team members within the team. That's acts as a grate motivator to perform and compete. Skills gained, stays permanently with team member.  This app will greatly help to manage distant and in office teams. New skill trees are added constantly!
