Can’t log in
Had a hard time creating user. After creating user, I can’t log in. Error message “the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”. This happens with faceID and manual login. With facebook login, it tries to creat a new user every time I try to log in, so I’m prompted with “facbookAPI eksisterer allerede». Have tried to shut down the app multiple times and re-download the app. Also have had the app hang on launch, requiring me to restart the app to proceed.

Hi, the error message you get tends to come if you have letters in the name that are not standard Latin letters, can that be true? If this is not the case, I would like you to send me an email at support@skimore.no and we will help you. Sorry you got this experience from the app.
