App sucks
you have to pay $30 a year to even use the app. why is everything a subscription? can i just use the app that is FREE to download. at that point i would rather pay 5.99 for the app then $30 in a annual subscription. i’m using chat gpt or google. ITS FREE
Wish you could scan without barcode
This app really has potential and it’s got a super cute and clean design, but the fact that you need a barcode to scan the products kills it. I don’t keep every box I have, so most of my products don’t have barcodes making this app useless to me. I’ll keep an eye out and see if they add a way to add products without the bar code and redownload when that happens.

Glitchy
I got this app in hopes I could trac/ log my skin care routine. It doesn’t have this option. It does have the option to curate a routine based on your skin type. I tried to create a routine in the app, followed all the prompts and at the end a pop up came up every time saying “warning” and you can click the “okay” button to get rid of it but it never actually created the routine for me. The scanning feature is helpful but I didn’t realize until I downloaded the app that most products don’t even have a barcode on them, only on the packaging. I couldn’t find an option to manually enter a product instead of using the barcode scanner. I did find the package to one of my products and was able to scan and it was kinda of cool the AI pulled up all the benefits of the product and it tells you if it’s suitable for you. I think the app has potential, but needs some fixes. The AI feature is cool but if you already have an AI app like chat on your phone you can basically accomplish the same thing. Maybe I will retry in the future.

Asking for a review before I even sign up ?
App asks for a review DURING THE SIGN UP PROCESS, which I have tried five times and can’t complete if I don’t do a review. Is this a five star app? Maybe…but I can’t get past this screen to find out and it won’t let me cancel…and that’s a 1 star experience.

I don’t know how this app got 5 star but it’s not working on my phone.
I m answering questions after that when I want to continue to last process, it is giving me loading error and waited like half an hour to screen to come back 🤷🏽♀️
