Great but also bad
I love the app but at the same time it’s so freaking annoying. It’s always ask for pro scanner and you can only scan items to a limit and I really am on a budget right now so it’s hard. Otherwise great app
Good but could be improved
I really like the feature to analyse my skin and get recommendations for it. Also the analysis on ingredients, if products are not advised to be used together etc …. But I find the routine building difficult. The recommendations for some products don’t take into account where I live so recommended products aren’t necessarily easy to find and are always different brands. If the app tells me I need a certain kind of serum or cream and I try to look up a brand, it gives me all sorts of products from the brand rather than just the type I’m looking for. The app also doesn’t suggest to remove products in your routine that might not be needed, it’s quite fiddly to build a new routine using some of what I use as well as new products, I have to add and remove products to see what changes it makes so I don’t use different products that have the same effect.
Overall the app is good and useful but it could be improved to make it easier for users that are beginners. I’d also like to have more info on the recommendations - if it says I need this or that serum, it would be good to know why

Understand
Skin Bliss actually understands my skin and the treatment I need. It also gave me a reasonable skin routine for my sensitive skin. I definitely recommend downloading Smile bliss
Lacking major product lines
I like the layout and photo journal, with the ability to customize multiple routines and cross check products and ingredients. However, the app is missing major product lines, three out of the four lines I use. Adding each of these products individually is extremely time consuming (you have to submit photos and barcode information via a 3rd party site…) and now I feel like I’m the one doing all of the work despite having paid $30 to use the app. I emailed the app to ask them to add these products themselves but I’ve canceled my subscription.

App often freeze
The app is awesome at first but it freezes very often (e.g. when I want to add a photo for the ingredients list for an unknown product and when I click on “Show the product page” from a registered product).

No le doy 5 estrellas porque hay cosas esenciales que son de pagar, como por ejemplo el escaneo de cara. Yo la verdad en vez de pagar dejaría hacerlo una vez gratis o simplemente que nos lo permita hacer viendo anuncios. Es mi sincera respuesta. Todo lo demás genial, mi piel disfruta esto 🩷

Sembrava carina ma quasi tutto è a pagamento! Puoi comparare i prodotti in base alla tua pelle ma solo se usi al massimo 3 prodotti… in pratica va bene solo se hai 15anni e gli unici prodotti che usi sono detergente, struccante e una crema viso
Not fond of recommended products
It has potential, but I found several issues that made it just not for me:
1. 99% of features are behind a paywall
2. I set my ingredient preferences, yet still nearly ALL recommended routine products score poorly on Yuka. Those that score better are brands unknown to me (not willing to blind buy), brands I know don’t work for me, or brands you can’t buy in my country.
3. Routine building is based entirely on the skin profile, which wasn’t very accurate to begin with. My main skin concern is oil and pore management, but it insisted I focus on blemishes. Ma’am, those aren’t BLEMISHES they are FRECKLES.
4. Because the routine product suggestions are for entirely the wrong skin concerns, the products proposed are useless to me. Even with, see above, the fact that most products are poor suggestions in the first place.
5. I can’t build my own routine with products that I know work for me. It’ll tell me a cleanser or serum is wrong for me because it causes breakouts, even though I know it doesn’t. That is the nature of skincare - sometimes one person’s trash is another’s holy grail. It fully just denies me the ability to add my preferred products to my routine because it *might* do xyz.
I have many more gripes. These are the worst of them.

I like this app so much! I have adult acne, it helped me to build right routine for my skin! I bought year subscription. I’m waiting for some bug fixes:
- products are disappearing from routine if chosen “in rotate schedule”. It’s impossible to return them, because they stays in routine but aren’t displayed
- “check your progress” doesn’t show any adequate results

not a fan
i used to use this app when it was new and i liked it, downloaded again and i am not a fan, offers inaccurate information, for example i tried to search for a moisturiser and it wouldnt come up, so i pasted the ingredients in, where it told me to use this night cream in the day, and that it is not suitable for sensitive skin, which the moisturiser specifies it can be used for. also a lot of the features are locked behind a paywall, so not worth using the app in my opinion.

i have 2 products that have been pending verification for a year and support does not answer. crazy that i paid money for this app and can’t even get an answer. cancelled my subscription

Do not buy so not worth it
The app claims to be an a skincare routine builder but pushes their own products and doesn’t have many popular products in their products library to build a skincare routine. The app is also extremely unfriendly to the user and doesn’t save progress until the process of building your skincare routine is complete finished. It’s also buggy and randomly closes

This app is worth every penny. I love the scanner feature, helped me identify my problem areas and develop a great skin care routine. I noticed a huge difference in my skin after just a month!!
Amazing update!!!
I’ve had this app for a while but ever since the recent app update it has been a game changer. It’s really easy to use now once you get the hang of it and so useful for if your like me and worry about spending money on expensive skincare that you find out later doesn’t work on your skin. 100% recommend and I especially like the new thing that pops up when I click on some products saying it does not suit teenage skin. ❤️

Me gustó mucho la app, bastante útil, y me deja agregar los productos que no están ya incluidos! Lo único es que cuando empiezo a hacer mi rutina, funciona el temporizador solo con el primer producto y después deja de funcionar ☹️
