Avoid at all costs
company went under and the app does not work. why they still have an app let alone a website should be reported to the BBB. I’m glad that the tattoo i got still looks great but there are several people who won’t be able to play the sound of a loved one because this company couldn’t follow through and no longer have a functioning app.

I cannot register. I keep getting the error: "Registration Failed. Please double check your info and try again." It doesn't even show why it keeps failing. I don't see the reason and so I can't register! Very sad and disappointing!

Not ok to do this to people
I understand the realities of business, but I never would have gotten this tattoo if I knew what a small and poorly funded operation this was. It was incredibly irresponsible and uncool for other people for you to launch a company like this when you didn’t have the ability to keep it going. I have a tattoo on my actual arm that I can’t play back and explain to people. What the heck am I supposed to do now?

Can’t say Thank you enough
I have been struggling with my moms passing this year and I wasn’t sure how I was going to cope with it. I remembered seeing something about this a few years ago and I had some voicemails from her. I spliced them together to make one sound wave and it sounds AMAZING! I had a lot of technical issues and these guys were AWESOME... they tackled every problem I had and got it working. There is just no way to ever show how grateful I am!! Thank you!!!
