Better photos, and markers that sit where they should. Every scan is now framed the same way automatically. Your face is levelled, scaled to fill the frame as a head-and-shoulders portrait, and the background is removed. Because the framing is identical each time, scans taken weeks apart compare like with like. The analysis markers are now placed using the measurements taken at the moment the photo is captured, so each outline sits on the feature it describes. If no face can be found, the photo is kept without markers rather than showing markers in the wrong place. Also in this version: • Before each scan we ask whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are, your routine leaves out retinoids, hydroquinone, strong salicylic acid and anything taken by mouth. Please still check any product with your midwife, GP or pharmacist. • Your insights are written in everyday language instead of clinical terms. Tap any score to see what it measures, what usually helps, and how it compares with your last scan. • The Core, Advanced and Intensive routines now show how many steps each one involves. • A clearer first screen for new accounts, with a bigger Analyse button and a short guide to what the first scan involves.
