Stay clear of this scam
Paid £2/99 as required downloaded the app as required, scanned my skin as asked. They then asked me to pay either £9/99 per week or £19/99 for a week. Total waste of £3. Have reported this to apple

I have tried canceling several times and still see weird credit charges on my card which means your system is playing around with my payment info. It needs to stop immediately.
There is no way on the settings to cancel and the one time I tried the feature it didn't work. This is fraudulent.

Waste of money and no way to cancel subscription
Need info on how to cancel and would like a refund. Voicemail is full on the only # given. No info on website. My fault for not digging deeper and just buying the app but do not want to be charged monthly when they don’t show you how to cancel

Charged fee without authorization
There is NOWHERE to dispute anything. Any support link takes you back to information about the app. To me, that is a scam! This app shows up as free on the subscriptions so there is no way you can confirm anything is cancelled and no support via apple reporting. This needs to be looked in to!

I never used the app, I downloaded it and it clearly states on their webpage “get skinner for $4.99”…but I was charged $30 ????

Can’t cancel in app, emails in terms of use bounce back as undeliverable and the app support just takes you to a page with no additional info or support!

No way to cancel. This app developer needs to add a way to cancel subscription before it becomes a legal issue. This is a horrible way to screw people out of their money.

I tried the app for the trial period. Tried to figure out how to cancel. There isn’t a way. Deleted the app and it still didn’t delete or cancel.

There is literally no information anywhere on this app on how to cancel.. I paid $1.00 for a week I think then it will charge 30.00 a month I believe and come to find out the information offered is very general and not very reliable. I want to cancel. I do not want to pay per month for this app. It does not show up in my subscriptions on my iPhone so I don’t have the option to cancel that way.

Scared me so bad. Told me I had cancer. Went to the doctor and I didn’t. Stressed me out so bad. Do not trust this app!!!!! Should be deleted!!!!

Disgusting user flow of app. Fools you into thinking it’s a service for good. You submit photo (presumably they gather that data to later sell) and then they spring a charge screen on you to collect results. Vile morals and ethics.
