Made a review about the search bar becoming unresponsive a few days ago and the developers fixed it in a couple of days, thank you so much for listening to users, i really use the app lot to search products so this is very helpful
Poorly optimized
Granted it can be useful at first to categorize your routine and products you’ve used, it is for that very same reason it fails. It is a slow app, not just technically but organizationally. With the inability to change your routine quickly and efficiently leading to a stagnation in use because it is so clunky and scattered to use in the first place.

This app already barely worked to begin with and now the newest update has made it impossible to search with basic filters like region without upgrading.

Not correct information
Some info was incorrect the products my dermatologist recommended to me which helped my skin were labeled wrong on this app.
