When it works, it’s amazing!
I love this app when it works when it doesn’t. I want to throw my phone across the store.
More than 75% of the time when I go to one of the stores, and open this app, all I see is a map. No matter how many times I refresh it all it shows is a map…
If you’re trying to use location services to verify that I’m in inside a store, you need to fix it. Better yet, just let me choose a store and figure out the location sometime else. It’s super frustrating to stand there and wait for this thing to figure out where I’m at. otherwise, I wish there were more stores that this worked at like major chains, Kroger, etc. because when it works this is amazing I love being able to scan all the items in my cart check out and just walk through the line without waiting. Fix the location thing and I’d give it 20 stars!!

Recent issues
This was FANTASTIC but now everyone I open the app it immediately closes. I’m disappointed. The store I use it for is HORRIBLE about checkout lanes and I really relied on this app. Please look into this and update.

This app was great when I first got it. Now there’s literally nothing I can do to login it. Passwords been changed. Email confirmed and I even deleted the app 4 times and still nothing. They also the absolute worst customer support ever. No one will ever get back to you. A waste of an app.

Every time I pull the app up in the store I have to log out and log back in to be able to start scanning and checking out. It used to be much better and no issues. May just be a glitch.

Can’t get past the Demo screen. Can’t start the demo or skip it, just stuck there.
Useless with google voice number
I’m tired of spam calls. I’m tired of being tracked. I tried to sign up with my google voice number and it wouldn’t let me because it wasn’t a “mobile” number. It can receive text messages! Until you fix this oversight I won’t sign up. These grocery store rewards programs are too sleazy.

Best App for busy families
I love that I can be in and out of the store so quickly. When I need to grab a few things I can use the tools in the app to find an item quickly. I’m not in a hurry my daughter loves to help me scan the items. The checker is always ready for me to review my basket very quickly and I’m on my way.
Now that we are seeing crazy times at the grocery store I love that I don’t have to touch any card machines or wait in long lines. Trips to the store and quick and easy with this app.

Scanner needs an adjustment
Love this app, however, I find that if the scanner is open, it will scan anything and everything. App would greatly benefit from a “Scan Now” button that closes the camera after each scan.
App constantly crashes
I do love shopping this way, but I don’t like having to delete and reload-download the app every time o want to use it! Yeah, it’s broken. It crashes every time I try to open it. Fix it please!!
Amazing experience
They nailed it. Tried my first Skip checkout experience and it went off without a hitch. Why has no one else done this yet?

Not a good experience
It took 3 attempts to actually make one transaction. I never could validate my email address as I don’t receive their emails.
Once I finally got that all resolved, the code to save on my first transaction had expired. Further, at the store, the prices rang up incorrectly and the transaction required cashier intervention, so Skip was slower than waiting in the only open line even.
If improvements are made, I might consider using this again, but for now, I’ll just use stores and locations with available self-checkout.

Good riddance
My local store used to have this app but recently dropped them, and I can see why.
The UI is always changing in bizarre directions every few months (bored intern?), the icons are inconsistent dimensions, many colors are not accessible for the visually impaired (WCAG compliant), the balloon dog logo makes no sense, they send spam emails with no way to opt out, and I'm pretty sure all the other reviews for this app are through a review service or heavily incentivized users.
They don't train stores very well, as my store had a bunch of signs up pointing out the "skip" lane, but all the signage was completely different from the app itself. Whenever I used the app, employees never knew what to do, so I would have to wait for the manager to come over to give me the approval to leave.
At least the service is free for the stores that use it. Though one wonders how they make money...

Best way to shop
This is my favorite thing to use ever for getting groceries or a quick snack or drink. You don’t have to wait in line ever anymore. Kind of like the self check out line where you bag your own stuff. But SO much better. I’ve never needed to use the grocery list feature of it telling you where everything is located in the store. But I hope I will someday...meaning, I hope more stores pick up on using this app and helping us buy what we need to quicker. One of my most favorite things about it, is if you can’t find the price tag or something for some reason, you just scan it and go, yup that’s what I thought or nope nevermind, I’ll put that back and get something else. You don’t have to do it at the check out line, just grab scan decide how many and go to the next one. Then final purchases are super easy. You just go to either the skip lane which is usually right next to the self check out line. Or you go to the customer service desk. Either way though, usually any amount of time you have to wait for someone to confirm your purchase is like 20 seconds max. Way different than waiting for customers to hurry through the line. Way better to wait on workers to use their confirmation scanner gun thingy. Super fast and the best.

Good idea, bad execution
The app works well, however the clerks in the stores are not always aware of its usage. I was followed to my car and accused of shoplifting after using the app :/
Disappointing product
Website has no support. Been trying to reset my password, but the app never delivers an email with the code. Waste
Missing one critical option
I’d give it five stars if it allowed me an option to have it always automatically email me my receipt rather than having to manually tell it to after every shopping trip.
