Outdated content! Do not use to study!
Thought the app was good to begin with. Looks okay, and pretty straightforward. However, when I crosschecked the information in the quiz/content to the information in the latest RST workbook (from DOT official site), it became clear this app has not been updated in a long time. There is a lot of information that needs to be updated. I would not recommend this app until this has been rectified.

Super handy tips
The app has made it so much easier to remember parts of the skippers ticket. Some things that I already knew (but had to work out following a train of thought) are now also imprinted in my mind.
