A lot to be desired for…
This app was recommended on a facebook group. My experiences have been subpar. Here are what I have experienced.
1) App does not show where available cars are near you.
2) it takes up to five minutes for a driver to pick up the requests.
3) While you are waiting for a driver to get assigned, you cannot look at any other section of app (notification for example). Notification may have a message saying a driver is assigned.
4) in few occasions, I cancelled my requests as I did not get a driver assigned. Right after my cancellation, I got WhatsApp calls from drivers trying to pick me up. For one trip, a driver showed up and took me to where I wanted to go. But I had already cancelled my trip, I have not yet been charged.
5) For another ride, a driver was assigned few minutes after I requested. Initially the arrival time was 4 min. Then, it jumped to 19 min.
6) for the ride request above, another car shows up in 5 min with my info. Different car and different driver name. But the driver entered OTP and I was taken to my destination. 10 minutes later, I get a WhatsApp call from the driver who was supposed to pick me up….
7) for another ride, it took more than five min for any driver to get assigned. I canceled the request assuming no driver was near me. Then, another WhatsApp call from a driver asking me where I was. It took this driver 30 min to get to where I was picked up. I did not see where his car was. I contacted customer service. Customer service sent me WhatsApp message 10 min before my driver arrived saying he was at the pick up location. At the end of the ride, this driver asked for more money as I was much further away from where I requested to be picked up…. App captures my location when I requested a ride via GPS…..
8) Drivers…. Hit and miss. Our first driver was nice, friendly, and a good driver. Other times, this one driver almost hit a parked car where I yelled to watch out. Also, this driver did not wear seat belt and the car beeped for 3 minutes. He was also consistently on the phone and I felt unsafe.
The good about the app is you pay via app/credit card within the app which helps when you do not carry a lot of cash. Fare is cheaper than what you would be charged if you use a cab at a hotel. It is about 60% cheaper.
The bad is everything else. App experience needs a lot of improvements. It needs to be clear where available cars are and where your driver is. Waiting for a cab for 30 minutes simply is not what I like. Driver education must be done much better. Uber, Lyft, and Bolt drivers are much better, friendly, and professional.

Broken
Was looking forward to using this app to commute around the island but I’m left with error messages at each and every step. App does not work at all!
