No pdf download on iPhone
Since last update we are not able to share/download attachments on iphone
No active notifications or updates
Hangs a lot, no active notification or updates for iPhone users, images don’t load on time… UI / UX needs to change

I don’t know why schools are using this app. Doesn’t even open up most of the times on any phone. Pathetic!
Horrible UI quality
Surprised that major schools are using or promoting to use this app . The app’s UI looks like one college students project. Many times we face performance issues. We are unable to view or download pdf in IOS version of the app. Needs a major upgrade before it is imposed as the only source of communication between parents and teachers

This app is very user friendly
For IOS device msg back trace issue
This issue is still persist, which is leading to much difficulty to read previous message.

The app is very well designed.
One issue is related to IOS users. While we check previous message on iPhone, it got refresh to very old messages. It skipped message for time period.
It seems like there is issue for ios users to back track the messages.
Kindly do needful to fix this issue.

Notifications
Same notification is sent multiple times which is very annoying. Please fix that. ASAP.

Feed Issue
I’m facing the issue with the feed section from last one year. I am an iphone user and I have to go into each Group to see the messages. I was able to see the latest messages/notifications in the Feed section earlier. Please fix this ASAP as this results in a bad user experience.
Feed are not showing in the app
Since the last update few weeks back the feeds are not getting updated on the app. Which makes this completely unusable. Fix it on priority

Once you click on “Pay” it does not take you to the payment option on IOS devices. The message that reflects is as follows:

Worst App
Since last 6 months, the app in not working properly in iPhone. In feeds section, the notices/feeds are not showing any published date, due to which, the notices are not sorted; and it's impossible to find the latest notices/feeds.
WORST APP
Feed doesn’t refresh automatically after updates. One needs to logout and log back in fo refresh the feed. Clearly something went wrong with update. Even months after reporting this issue it is not fixed. Am reporting the feedback to school to move away from this waste of an app.
Very nice app
A really amazing application for school management. Its a very complete application to keep all the student records and administration management.

Absolutely third rate ui/ux… notifications don’t work.
