Disappointed in false advertising
I was one of the original installers who were offered a lifetime membership. My download and reviews made the game appear popular. The developers then canceled our lifetime memberships and told us to pay per year. Disappointing as if us original people didn’t download, it wouldn’t have been able to advertise as this many schools and people were using. We got used for good reviews and then scammed. Nothing short of false advertising in my opinion

Prefer the old skoolbo
Honestly, Skoolbo is very Glitchy, Childish and annoying. When I started skoolbo, it started glitching very hard. I’m very disappointed and I prefer the old skoolbo because it was very fun and entertaining but you just made Skoolbo more worse. Please fix the glitches they are very disturbing. I hate the new Skoolbo. The people who like the new one, they are very mistaken.

Couldn’t get in at all....
The worst thing is I just couldn’t see how great the game is. I couldn’t even get in at all! My dad bought it for me and i deleted this app and downloaded it again. It still didn’t work. Please fix this!!!!

Bought it for my son to help with home schooling. It’s a great tool to help keep him up to date with his learning. I love the variety of content and he’s really enjoy how entertaining it is. Thank you for making it so affordable during this crazy time.
Sound does not work on IPad
Hi developers please fix the issue on iPad app the sound doesn’t work where as on iPhone app the sound works.

Absolute waste of money can’t even open up first screen after login says there are no active students in. I’m sorry but in these times and for the price and been offered through the school I expect a lot more. Fix or money back please

Are you serious, this is terrible. Educational games do not belong on the AppStore. first of all it crashes so much. My brother was playing against his teacher and he was so happy UNTIL RANDOMLY THE GAME CRASHES! So than he was a mess. Dam you and your pity company. I hope you go broke.
App needs vast improvement
Skoolbo is brilliant, but the app needs a lot of improvement. It takes 10 minutes to load and then crashes frequently, so we have to use the browser which isn’t as safe as the app.

Careful - takes your money without warning
Tried out the paid product but it was overcomplicated. Gave up and found something else to use. Then, without warning, was slugged with an auto renewal fee a year later when we had not used the product for most of the year.
They have refused a pro rata refund, and said that because I unsubscribed from emails (did not want spam from a product I have no use for) I could not receive my reminder. Apparently the penalty for not accepting spam is random charges from them.
Will not be going near this company again.

Very educational
Love this game it helped my son love maths, it competes with other pupils in his class and other schools, it was free registered through school but know they charge for it and when you have several children I don’t think that’s fair. Shame as it has helped such a lot with confidence in the subject
What happened to lifetime membership
When this was an unknown app they offered lifetime membership now memberships are cancelled.
