Great app but unable to cancel subscription to Skoop+ in the app. Tried multiple times. Can’t remove your card from billing either. Completely unacceptable glitch.

Like who wouldn’t love finding all top NYC beauty providers in 1 app(my kinda candy store)!! All providers are handpicked by the founder(Kristen)who makes sure she selects the Crème de la crème!! I adore Skoop - the partners and experiences that are curated on the app are exemplary. I experienced the Red Carpet facial from the legendary Tracie Martyn spa and I felt like royalty the entire time - regardless of the fact that they service New York’s creme de la creme and A-list celebrities there on a consistent basis. Maria at the front desk was so warm and hospitable, Co-owner, Marius, has a way of making you feel like a Queen, and my magical aesthetician, Ileana, was amazing. The facial is nothing short of spectacular, the treatments made me look like I took ten years off of my aging skin. I understand why these celebrities stop here before their big events!. I will definitely be booking my treatments on Skoop from now on… it’s a no brainer when it come to the quality or the accessibility to these wonderful services.
