Step-by-step customer journey: Download the App Users download the Skoot app from the App Store. Create an Account Quick signup using email, phone number, or social media login. ID verification may be required. Find a Scooter Nearby Open the app and view a real-time map showing available scooters nearby. Scan to Unlock Once next to a scooter, users scan the QR code on the handlebar to unlock it. Ride Follow safety tips shown in-app. Riders enjoy smooth, electric-powered travel through designated areas. Pause or End the Ride Users can pause the ride for stops or errands, or end it by parking in a permitted area. Park Responsibly Park the scooter in designated zones shown in the app, avoiding walkways and private property. Complete Payment After ending the ride, the app automatically charges the user based on time and distance. Rate the Experience Users are encouraged to leave feedback to improve the service.
