No way to send an email to support or verify account
Terrible
The app doesn’t connect your social accounts. I wouldn’t have even bothered to use this lousy app if it wasn’t requested that I do so for a grad school course I’m taking.
Plz don’t waste your time
Some serious updates need to be made for this app to be useful. I couldn’t get it to link to ANY of my social media accounts, which is the whole purpose of this app. There no where (that I could easily find) to see your information or *log out if needed*. I was using this to report on my social media “skorr” for a class and has to delete the app multiple times so I could try and log in again. Of you haven’t figured it out by now my many attempts to log out/delete the app and log in were all fails. This app was useful for some of my classmates but only some. Many reported the same issues.

The App doesn’t work
There is an error message when trying to log in an Instagram account. Then in the next step you can't enter your age. The input remains at 0, so you can't access the application's features.

Problem with connecting Instagram
Since last week, it is ok with Google but stil not with Instagram. Look like my score don’t change even i do more on social network 😢
Crashing
Worked at first for me but has been crashing a lot lately, I couldn’t even send an error report when I tried logging in today

If you are looking for a Klout replacement, forget it. No idea what they look at but I was around 97% on Klout but only 45 on skorr. Said I had ‘0’ interactions.... 35,000+ friends/follows/subs but ‘0’ found lol. Also takes control of your accounts and has authority to delete/change account. No thanks! Deleted.

Cool idea but app is too glitchy to be functional
Every time I try to connect YouTube the app blackscreens and crashes!
Great app but a bit buggy to start
A great centralised analytics app. What I have been wanting for some time.
However, it does seem to be a bit buggy. Particularly when adding accounts.
What I found was that twitter, Facebook and Instagram added okay. However for the app to properly connect with LinkedIn, I had to first delete one of the other account connections (I chose Instagram to disconnect as it was the easiest to connect to again). I found this particularly odd as I could see that the app was connected on my LinkedIn account before doing so.
I was beginning to think there was some sort of preferred order of adding things. But no matter what I tried to get YouTube to connect successfully, it caused the app to crash.
Beyond that phenomena, I now have centralised stats for four of the five options they have which I was interested in. (There are six main SMS you can connect to). So regardless of that bug it seems to be an app I will be using for quite some time.
