I had a skip stuck on my drive for few weeks as i couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone and no one reply’s on the live chat.

Terrible don’t bother
This company has in two weeks cost my company approx £1000 of wasted Labour and plant hire waiting for skips as they take the money then confirm a day time then they don’t call and nothing turns up to the following day, also they are a nightmare to get hold of, I was then offered a code of £5 off lol joke of a company an incompetent, also had them ask my client for cash extra to take a skip when the client refused they put a £60 charge on my account even tho they came back an took the same skip.

Bad customer service
The apps response very very slow. When my skip delivered, I always have to request my for apps to be updated. Otherwise I could not request for my next delivery. The live chats will only reply in next few days. The promo code could not be used too. Highly not recommended. Other places will have even better price and customer service
