What happened
It worked fine for over a year and a half, then now out of nowhere the app forgot my device and won’t connect.
Absolutely ridiculous.
Downloaded the Skullcandy app and my various headphones all connected to that immediately. But then I’m told to download this to update firmware and nothing shows up. Why not have a single app that works?
Horrible app
Used to have a pair of 360 anc that connected perfectly with this app then later when I decided to get crusher evos app decided that I was no where near the headphones even though I was listening to music on the headphones on the app.
What’s the point
I tried everything I could to these headphones to connect to the app it’s just not working.

I am using my Push Active earbuds for the first time in a while. This app recognizes the m but will not connect them to the app no matter what I try. The troubleshooting page is a “page doesn’t exist” page. So I’ve deleted the app and am using the earbuds without.

consistent pairing issues
I have had this app for months now with my method 360 anc, it constantly looses the connection to the earphones even when still paired to my phone, and i have to uninstall and reinstall the app and factory rest the headphones to MAYBE fix the issue, rediculous! fix the bugs!

I really like my experience so far with the app, it’s informative and responsive. No complaints. Love the Crusher ANC 2 headphones! It’s nice to have so many features overall and customization options in the app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Terrible app
Just bought a pair of crusher ANC 2 and this app just will not find them at all. Then I try to click the troubleshooting link and it takes me to an error page This app is completely useless. Very disappointing considering I have a pair of crusher ANC 1 that I love.
App does not work
Does not work with my Crusher 540 active that were 180$. But the headphones are on a different level

I got the ANC Crusher 2 set and every single time I turn them on I have to hit allow on my phone. This app is not needed to just listen to music; don’t waste your time.

my headphones cannot connect to the app but it’s sending me notifications it’s so worried about sending notifications that it’s not even working probably.

Just bought $200 headphones and you would expect the app to atleast be able to do its job and connect to them, but it doesnt.

Updating
I’ve tried updating my method 360 anc or what not, I’ve tried so many times but it’s saying connection error or the update was interrupted, and I don’t know why it’s happening, but I like the bass and the button and the short cuts, it’s just won’t let me update them

**Method 360 ANC - Great but has a glitch**
I’ve used these for 25 days and they’re excellent overall. Today the right earbud had issues twice — ANC stopped working and sound became distorted and very loud. Putting them back in the case fixed it both times.
Seems like a firmware bug. Please push a software update to fix this ASAP. Thanks!

Got the ANC 2 the fact I paid so much money just for an app not able to simply connect to it so I can adjust the settings is aggravating waste of time and money
