I bought this game years ago- just redownloaded it and surprise! now I need a subscription to play.

Doesn’t want to restore my purchase
I bought this game in November 2013 and sent multiple emails to this company thru 2 different emails and no response with screen shot of my purchase for skulls of shogun and it was never restored or responded why it hasn’t been restored instead I’m using the free trial to play a game I already bought. This is illegal due to the terms in the agreement. I’m calling apple today to file a formal complaint about the situation with this developer or company that bought the rights to the game after I paid for it before they existed.

Love the game although I could only play the first level for free and I’m not going to pay for a subscription for a bunch of games when I only want to play the one
Can’t restore purchase
Purchased this game years ago. I’ve contacted developers twice with proof of purchase and it’s been weeks and have yet to hear back
Impossible to restore previous purchases
If you choose “I’ve already bought this game “ option there is a banner appearing. It asks if your internet connection active. And, surprise, there is no option to confirm it. Only “I’ll check “ option. So you have internet but you can’t restore your purchase. Well done.

Ridiculously disappointing
I find it extremely stupid that I have to pay to play multiplayer on this game whenever I used to play this game for free on the Xbox 360 back in the day it like every now is to earn a quick pay check like I loved this game as a kid but it stupid that I have to pay $5 a month just to play this game

Purchased this game many years ago and now they want a subscription to play the game. I understand that the game was brought back from the grave as there were many iOS versions that this game wasn’t working for but to charge a subscription for it seems a bit greedy. Would have rather they release a newer, updated version that costs the same as the original price rather than a subscription.

Hidden cost to play
After you download the app, install it on your phone, and finally open the game - then the price tag appears. Wasted my data downloading the app lol

Disappointed Skulls was pulled from the app store
I bought and enjoyed Skulls of the Shogun on my iphone 4 (which still runs) and was disappointed when the developer pulled it from the app store and i can’t even download it from prior purchases. Now they bring it back and want me to pay for it again via a subscription. Not happy with this business practice.

Just let us pay once and own it
Downloaded the game, opened it up, and was greeted with a subscription service. Just let us pay once and enjoy the game, I’m not interested in a “hand picked library” of *phone games* at $5 a month. What I am interested in however, is playing this singular game for a one time price. It’s a shame considering how fun the game is.

Should be free.
Like the title says it should be free because I don’t want all the other games from your subscription i just want this full game and I don’t care if the ads instead i prefer ads over the subscription of which half the features I’m not going to use. So in conclusion make anther version which is free with ads and in app purchases or something because I’m not going to spend money on a subscription that i forget to unsubscribe from because i will be done with the campaign of the game within or under the free month.
