About

Skullset is a simple tracker for Greyskull LP, phrakture's variant. There are no programs to choose and no clutter. Open it and lift. THE PROGRAM • Workout A: Overhead Press 3×5+, Chin-ups 3×5+, Squat 3×5+ • Workout B: Bench Press 3×5+, Barbell Row 3×5+, Deadlift 1×5+ • Workouts alternate A and B. The last set of each lift is as many reps as possible. AUTOMATIC PROGRESSION • Get all your reps: the weight goes up next time. • 10 or more reps on the last set: the weight goes up twice as much. • Miss reps: the weight goes down 10%. • Take two weeks or more off: the weights go down so you can ease back in. • Chin-ups track your reps. BUILT FOR THE GYM • Tap a set to log 5 reps. Tap again to take off a rep. On the last set, pick how many reps you did. • The rest timer starts when you log a set, and a notification tells you when to lift again. • The plate calculator shows the plates for each side of the bar. • Choose the plates your gym has, and weights are rounded so you can load them. • Use kg or lb. SEE YOUR PROGRESS • History of every workout. • Charts for each lift. • Apple Health: Skullset can read your bodyweight and steps, and save your workouts. • Steps widgets: see today's steps and your daily target on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. PRIVATE Skullset has no account, no ads and no tracking. Your data stays on your device.
