NBS Fayetteville Academy
I need someone to contact me immediately in regard to this app and their association with NBS Fayetteville Academy. We had been getting charged monthly for this app and cancelled it due to not ever using it. Now I find I’ve been charged several more times on an entirely different account that I did not give permission for and there is no way to contact anyone at the above mentioned company without logging into the app and I refuse to do that for fear of being charged AGAIN for it. We came across this app due to a college student selling the books door to door. Maybe I should have known better? I feel I’ve been scammed and have been charged several hundred dollars for a service I do not use nor have ever used and currently I’m not even sure what I’m being charged for due to not being able to find anything online in regards to this company. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I paid for the subscription but can’t use it. It says I have an account and to sign in but then when I try it says user not found. It’s just a run around. Tried the skwids app and the homer app and both do the same crap. Worthless.

Bad customer service
We bought a subscription for this site,homer and advantage Kids and all sites will not accept our user name or email to let me login. We tried contacting the solicitor representative that helped us purchase it and he will not answer. I then emailed the company Southwestern Advantage twice about the issue and so far they are not helping either but certainly taking that monthly fee out of my bank account in time 👌🏻 Very disappointed. Set up an appointment with our bank for this week to block these monthly payments being withdrawn since I’m not able to utilize these sites.

Fun and actually good for kids
I like how interactive the app is and how it works with the books you can get as well. The kids love it! I don’t have to worry about them watching YouTube now
Better than ABC Mouse
I really like Skwids because it actually has a lot of different school subjects and levels unlike ABC mouse which only has math and reading

I got these websites for my nephew from my sister that seeks them and it’s literally the cutest apps ever, just super interactive and really bring out the wholesomeness in my nephew. Thanks book girl!

Using the app with the Ask Me books enables augmented reality learning. The Skwids characters appear on screen when the books are scanned. They share fun facts and ask about topics found in the books. Very fun!

I can’t get any of the quizzes or videos to open up..
Wont let me sign in
I downloaded the app and it won’t let me sign in. I made sure to put in the correct sign-in info and it keeps telling me it’s incorrect! Please help!!!

Crash and burn
Just installed the new update and the app crashes every time I try to open it.
Just videos!!....not what I expected!
There are no activities for the kids.. I'm not liking paying $19/mth membership for just videos.

I got this along with the whole 26 book set from Southwestern Advantage and I honestly don't think my little boy and girl have ever had so much fun learning! Definitely recommend this to anyone with young ones!
