Says update needed. Don’t know I’d update was done. Close app, the same box says update needed. The glitch needs to be fixed

This app is an amazinggggg and my favorite for the summer
scale makes no practical sense
the color is danger, purple, but the information says it should be much higher than it predicts to actually be skin cancer dangerous. as a melanoma survivor it is unhelpful. is it dangerous or not?
Was hoping
Only works on initial download, and then I have to delete and reinstall to get it to work. But will only work until I clos it out. Was really hoping this would work, hopefully the sunscreen isn’t a flop. I am sure glad I didn’t pay the $4.99 for the app I would have been very angry if I paid for it and it did the same thing.
