Can’t withdraw money, more of scheme than a scam
I can’t simply remove my money, I’ve been with skybet for while now, when I opened the account before placing any big amount of money I did test transactions, as deposit and withdraw and it worked and made me believe the app is legit.
After losing money and losing, I finally made some and trying to withdraw now, the app simply doesn’t allow me.
Trying to use the help chat but is useless as in 24 hours, this is the third time speaking with them at the time writing this review, speaking with what is probably bot’s, just to come to the point of blocking totally access to withdraw.
I have screenshots of the chat, I’m not trying to destructive with this review, I just want my money which is not even close to what I’ve spent, so I can close the account

Great up until…
Great app that I used for years until you have an issue. I had an issue with a bet placed that I didn’t want (app crashed and placed a bet twice) went to help and support chat where they just gave me pre written responses every time. Very upsetting to see how they treat loyal customers. Won’t be using again

Pathetic in comparison to others
Aside from a thousand other issues, I’ve tried contacting your customer services (told your bots to do one) yet every time I’m passed to an agent the conversation gets closed. I only want two old bets to be removed from my settled bets!! They’ve been there for a year!! My

Pointless Acca freeze
Using acca freeze on this site is completely useless, so I froze a underdog at 10/1 on a £10 bet but instead of paying me £100-110 it offered me £70, don’t advertise something if it’s not what it seems. Shame on you sky bet this has happened to me on every acca freeze I do. Il be sticking with bet365 from now on as they stick to there word
