Update required
Just changed from Sky Q to a Sky Stream puck. Always used Sky Go to see what’s on and when for the Q box, for which it was excellent, but now the programme numbers are different, there are extra programmes, etc., so Sky Stream does not match the Sky Go information. What are your plans to cover these changes?

Genuinely worst app I’ve ever used
Crashes constantly, have to reinstall it all the time because it won’t open. Must have negative resources being spent on it. Frankly embarrassing for Sky to put their name on it.

Terrible! Often doesn’t work properly with messages like“sorry, something went wrong”. I so miss the Sky+ app - now that was a wee gem!
Don’t bother with this app - too many ads
The app is a joke, you are bombarded with adverts every 10-13 minutes, and they last 2mins usually, can’t be skipped and are repetitive! The amount of shows I have stopped watching because sky go is unwatchable with all of the ads is unreal! STOP BEING GREEDY WITH THE ADS - PEOPLE ARE ALREADY PAYING YOU A FORTUNE TO HAVE SKY! Why do you need even more money for irritating ads?????

Ready for an upgrade
I understand Sky Go may be revamped in late 2026 but when you pay mountains to Sky a year, a mobile/iPad app at 720p HD in 2026 is pretty poor. HBO Max offers TNT in 4K!

Repeatedly fails to find Sky Qbox
The app often fails to find our sky Q box even though I am standing right next to it. Like much of Sky’s software, it is pretty awful.

I try sighing in and it comes up with “there is a problem with your network connection. Please check your network settings and try again” on all devices which is annoying considering how much sky cost and there’s nothing wrong with the network so sort it out please

Works ok, but there are some features missing that I just don’t understand. Why can’t I save programmes to watch later without starting them? Or remove things from my watchlist if they don’t interest me? Very odd as I would think those are quite basic functions.

Since the last update they have made a good app slow and sluggish.
Rubbish App
After every two days I have to uninstall and install app which is very annoying. I never had to do that virgin media app.
i can’t overstate how bad this app is
It is intentionally impossible to find anything you want to watch. Hungarian GP qualifying just finished and there is literally no way to go back and watch it. Horrendously put together app.
Adverts spoiling things yet again
For the amount Sky costs you’d think they’d stop with this. But the ads are relentless. You’re forced to watch half a minute of them before you can skip, which is worse than watching at home, and if you’re searching for a specific moment in a show it’ll trip the adverts every time you search ahead, making it impossible to just find a part of a show if you’re trying to check something, a purpose for which it is unusable. Poor, greedy, and now deleted.

So flakey
The app doesn’t stay connected to devices. Can’t watch recorded programmes because it doesn’t connect to the Sky Q box. If it does happen to connect, it usually loses connection in the middle of a show. Trying to use it on a laptop is just as bad, most of the time it doesn’t even load
Worst app ever made
Doesn’t work when you want to stream. Even worse if you are not on your home WiFi. Avoid

App works well, allowing me to watch tv whilst on the go with work.
Paying lots of money to watch an ad before changing channel
You should not have to pay over £100 for all the channels just to have to watch an advert every time you want to change channel. That is a disgrace which sums up Sky, not remotely value for money. Apps like Netflix and Disney + are much better
