Updates needed

Sketch tools need updating as they are huge and it’s hard to get them small to actually complete the sketch. Can’t do half or three quarter stories etc.

Condition and Quality do not carry over into software. Material lists need to be update with current materials on the market added.

Could be a fantastic tool and time saver for appraisers if kept working properly and updated!!

Horrible Sketch software

They need multiple updates to the sketch software. Hard to remove or resize a wall after it’s created, unable to copy just a section of the sketch (I.e. easy creation of 2nd floor), not able to start in one place on the sketch, then move to a different area of the sketch without creating a wall that does not exist. Clearly they did not actually test this sketch software prior to release.

Needs work

I have been a Total user most of my career and the reason I didn’t try ACI because of lack of mobile tech. I tried the new app for an inspection and it needs help. I drew the outline of the home and tried to do the garage and it kept wanting to move the wall of the house. Wouldn’t subtract the garage from GLA. Not ready for prime time.
