What's New in Sky Map

1.5.2

October 26, 2026

Built for iPhone Duo. • Stand it up: the top half becomes a window to the sky, the bottom half your observatory console. Turn the phone to look around, tilt the lid back to look higher. • Open it like a book: a star atlas, with the map on the left page and the story of what you're looking at on the right. • Lay it flat on a table: the whole sky on one star wheel. • Tonight, Explore, Passes and Tools now use both halves of the screen. • Show your friends: while you use the camera, the outer display can tell people around you what you're looking at. Clear skies!
