No volume control in the big 26
The app would be perfect if for one it could consistently turn the TV on (it works about 30% of the time) and two if I could control the volume without shouting HELLO SKY VOLUME 20% in the middle of the night while my family are all asleep.

Keeps reporting no devices found. I have verified that my phone tv and stream puck are all connected to the same wifi and yet the app doesn’t find it. But a 3rd party app identifies it instantly. How can a 3rd party successfully detect sky device but not sky’s own app.
Great but…
Great app for if you can’t find your remote but the lack of a volume control is incredibly frustrating. Just add it and the app will do everything needed to be perfect.

I understand it might be harder for volume control on the Sky Stream’s but it would be nice if there was at least volume control for the Glass

Connected instantly i didn’t even need to do any set up, no volume control which is annoying but otherwise it’s really good and works great

Nice and easy to set up and use, the UI is straightforward and works well. The only downside - and I’m afraid it’s a big one - STILL NO VOLUME CONTROL
Come on Devs, it’s been over six months now, surely you can add a volume button?

No Volume Control or Voice Support - Disappointing!!!
I don't understand why so many Sky Q users are downloading this app just to give it a one-star review. To be clear, this app is exclusively for Sky Glass and Sky Stream users.
Anyway, I installed it to use with my Sky Glass, but it lacks both volume control and voice support. It only offers the most basic functions. Very disappointing!

Hugely disappointed this app cannot control volume or even mute. Already sky glass voice control is unreliable using volume control or muting (often says can’t do this) but to introduce a remote control that can’t support volume control is poor. As a result will probably not use.

Turns the tv on if it’s off, if I can’t be bothered to find the remote it works great! Ignore the reviews because it’s honestly the best thing ever

When I heard this finally launched I was overjoyed.
This was short lived. After downloading I opened and realised I could not control the Sky Glass volume or mute at least.
This is one of the most basic app commands that should have been built in.
Iv held off thinking that it would come in an update, the app has been updated several times and still no volume control.

Where is the Volume control
Can’t turn on and can’t adjust the volume . It does work in a basic way but why would you require it if you still need a remote to switch on or adjust volume

It works but why no volume button? Volume up/down would make it 5 star
Started well but now won’t Connect
Other than missing a volumen button, this app was decent (for the first day. Unfortunately now, no matter what i do, it won’t find my device. So useless.

What controls you get work well and set up is easy but missing fundamental controls like volume

App worked for a couple mins then was saying it was connected however wouldn’t then allow me to select the TV and there is no way to reset any of this.

This app seem to not be ready why is there no volume control or on/off button when it controls a sky glass tv, would understand if it was to control a puck as it would be on a normal tv but it not. Needs some update asap would be 5 star then
