No volume control
Hugely disappointed this app cannot control volume or even mute. Already sky glass voice control is unreliable using volume control or muting (often says can’t do this) but to introduce a remote control that can’t support volume control is poor. As a result will probably not use.

Why is there no volume button? Can’t be hard to add a volume button in the next update

Turns the tv on if it’s off, if I can’t be bothered to find the remote it works great! Ignore the reviews because it’s honestly the best thing ever

When I heard this finally launched I was overjoyed.
This was short lived. After downloading I opened and realised I could not control the Sky Glass volume or mute at least.
This is one of the most basic app commands that should have been built in.
Iv held off thinking that it would come in an update, the app has been updated several times and still no volume control.

Where is the Volume control
Can’t turn on and can’t adjust the volume . It does work in a basic way but why would you require it if you still need a remote to switch on or adjust volume

It works but why no volume button? Volume up/down would make it 5 star
Started well but now won’t Connect
Other than missing a volumen button, this app was decent (for the first day. Unfortunately now, no matter what i do, it won’t find my device. So useless.
Waste of time
What controls you get work well and set up is easy but missing fundamental controls like volume

App worked for a couple mins then was saying it was connected however wouldn’t then allow me to select the TV and there is no way to reset any of this.
Needs volume and more
This app seem to not be ready why is there no volume control or on/off button when it controls a sky glass tv, would understand if it was to control a puck as it would be on a normal tv but it not. Needs some update asap would be 5 star then
Glaring oversight
No volume control. Bit like a car with a manual gearbox… and no reverse gear. Typical of Sky / their products in my experience of Glass ownership… which is also seriously flawed.

I feel the same as most no volume control is just crazy why would you not include this at the time of a release, if there is a problem with adding it in don’t release the app until it is ready

What’s the point.
Been waiting for the remote app to make its way to Stream after using the Sky Q version a couple of years ago, and whilst it’s good when the box is turned on, you can’t actually use the app remote to turn the Stream box on to begin with.. so what the point if you need to use physical remote first? Would be good to have voice included too, as with the Apple Remote app.

Excellent!! About time there was an app to control Sky Glass TV’s…. Only downfall is that there no volume control!

It's OK but no volume control and no keyboard for search function. A basic start hopefully will get more functionality.
