Hard to cancel membership

Very frustrating cancellation experience. The app directs you to a cancellation form, which I submitted twice back in October 2025, but there was never any confirmation or response. The process feels completely one-sided with no visibility or follow-up. I’m still working with my credit card company to dispute the ongoing charges. This should not be this difficult—please fix the cancellation flow and ensure users aren’t charged after requesting cancellation. Cancel my subscription as well

Bug

Once I login and then close app, after again opening the app it shows white screen only. Tried on other phone and same issue found. It seems to be bug or something other issue. Pls fix this issue.

Deducted payment after unsubscribed!

After unsubscribed, they deducted the payment.
Now I haveto cancel the credit card and not sure how many payments relay on that card.

I wrote to support but no one replied back. Scam. Dont subscribe
