Appalling experience
This is such a terrible app. Obviously no-one at Sky has actually tried it. I bought the Fury II app and downloaded the app to watch it on iPad and it simply doesn’t work. You click on Watch Repeat and it takes you to a new page of “highlights” that instead shows a blank screen for 55 seconds. SO bad. And £25 down the pan. Great work Sky!

Non existent customer service
Been trying to get my account deleted for 3 months and used the “contact us” section multiple times to make this request. No response from anyone…absolutely terrible!!
Can’t Mirror To a Bigger screen
Got the app bought and paid for the smith v Eubank rematch, so I can mirror from my phone to my TV and watch it from a bigger screen. Ironically because my Sky streaming puck isn’t working. But turns out you can’t mirror to another screen. Jokers.
iPhone 8
This app does not allow you to accept the terms on an iPhone 8…. I’ve pay for the AJ vs Usyk 2 fight and can’t get the app to load as the terms will not scroll to accept on an iPhone 8 shocking 😬…. No doubt it’ll be tooooo difficult to get a refund on the fight… rather annoyed customer…
Absolute disgrace..!!!
Cannot believe they are using this rubbish to stream such expensive events. Half the time is fine, but half is blurred. If you only want to watch a random half of the fight then this app is great. I use the same devices and same internet connection to stream on every other app…. An absolutely disgraceful app..!!!

It’s quite bad.
I have just bought the Khan vs Brook fight. Downloaded the app. Surely the negative reviews are old and exaggerated?
Unfortunately, if the undercard is anything to go by, it’s worse than most illegal streams. Sometimes it’s in HD, but it’s constantly breaking up and freezing.
Btw, my internet and device are of the best quality. The app however is unbelievably bad. The quality better improve by 10pm (fight time).

Rubbish
Downloaded the app for the AJ fight. Sky doesn’t let you sceeen mirror to your own TV! And you can only watch it on your phone/tablet/computer because your tv doesn’t have the box office app. So unless you have the sky box or now tv physical box, you can’t watch it on your tv! JOKE!
Doesn’t allow screen mirroring or casting
This really winds me up. The only reason you wouldn’t allow screen mirroring or casting is because you want as many PPV buys as possible. Which means if you want to watch it with friends you need to buy a Chromecast. Thankfully Matchroom are moving to DAZN. Hopefully AJ makes the decision to go with them. Just greedy in my opinion.

I spent 17 pounds to watch Logan and Mayweather fight. Absolute scam. this app is ****ing rubbish. This app is unusable since it always bugs out and shuts down automatically. They never updated this for phone or ipad users. Use the computer version if you must, but illegal streaming is smarter than using this crap.

These fights happen because of the money, if you don’t pay, don’t winge. if you don’t like the fights and u haven’t paid, your opinion is invalid
Let’s be honest, it’s a streaming app. It’s going to be behind, your internet speed will impact quality. Stop blaming everyone else and do something about it.
As for the fights.... there is no Guarantee, true boxing fans will look at the undercard instead of just the main event.

No Problems
Was wary of the many poor reviews, but didn’t have any problems at all.
What a fight!
This app does exactly what it needs to; streams the fights live!
There’s not much more to it than that but after the event, looks like each fight is offered up individually so was able to check out Joshua’s smash up on Kubrat on Sunday as well.

Don’t waste your money
Absolute disgrace! Paid 25 quid for the AJ fight and the quality from sky was terrible! We have very fast internet and had my laptop hard wired. The broadcast was out of sync, mostly blurry and the sound stuttering. I will never pay sky again for a shambles of a service! Please don’t waste your money.

Not great.....
I brought it to watch Whyte vs Povetkin, and there is two issue with the app which were,
1. The app kept freezing at times, so kept having to restart it which was quick to load up.
2. No subtitles option’s

Paid for AJ vs the fat Mexican 2 and the stream was appalling, was hoping the BT sport offering for Fury Vs the Dosser 2 would be decent but just check the app reviews. Seriously if you read this, you will honestly find it easier to illegally stream this fight for free than pay for it and it not work. The same goes for BT. Everyone should just stream illegally until they make the product worth the price. The fact that it’s only on a specific box office app for both sky and BT stinks to me it’s like they’re aware people won’t be able to watch the fights they pay for but honestly don’t care. VOTE WITH YOUR WALLETS ILLEGALLY STREAM YOUR PPV FIGHTS UNTIL SKY AND BT SORT THIS SHAMBLES OUT

Will not let you stream/mirror to TV
This has happened twice now...
Paid to watch boxing on the app via my iPhone as I’m a non sky customer
My plan was to mirror my phone onto my smart tv so we could all watch the fight. WRONG!!!! Would not let me so I tried streaming it to my chrome cast will no luck so then downloaded the app on the smart tv, logged in and still would not let me watch it on my tv.
Went on live chat and was told that the app does not support mirror screening and/or smart tv
This is purely to stop us (the customer!!) from getting together to watch an event so we all have to buy it to watch on a tablet.....

Absolute Rip Off
Paid £24 to watch the Anthony Joshua fight. Downloaded this rubbish app and could not even sign in as the app was frozen. Deleted and reinstalled it several times with no difference.
Did not receive an email with any details of how to watch the fight from Sky as promised when they took my money.
Only received emails acknowledging my complaints had been received.
Overall I would suggest watching these events in a pub and saving your money for drinks.
Then stop paying for any Sky subscriptions and use alternative media services until Sky learn that the customer experience should be their first and foremost priority.

Confused
It took a few minutes to understand that you cannot use your sky login you need to create a new account via the sky box website. It’s a pay as you go app without any sky subscription needed to view fights

First off, you can’t make your account on the app, you have to do it separately on a browser.
Once you’ve done that, the app won’t recognise your account and you can’t sign in, claiming your password is wrong.
If you ask for a password reset, the email never arrives.
Never downloaded such a useless app.

Worst app I’ve ever used
Quite possibly the worst app and service out there, paid for a fight, couldn’t watch it on the media player via my laptop because it just kept closing 1-2 minutes in. Tried then to watch it on the app via my I-pad, couldn’t watch it due to ‘too many devices currently streaming’ Sky box office took my money of course.
