I love it you can do so much you can see the prem the World Cup every league you can think of it’s definitely 5 stars
Hit and miss
It usually works really well but tonight, especially, it’s been really poor. I’ve been constantly trying to find out the scores of the games at the World Cup but met with a blank screen. And before you ask, yes my internet connection is absolutely fine. More than fine.

Other issue is when using larger text sizes (accessibility). The squad numbers are not shown in the line ups. Also when reading the articles the main article text is far too small. Changing accessible settings doesn’t change this. And it doesn’t support landscape. I cannot read it without glasses 😂

Lost Information
Generally a good stable app but noticed recently under the games when they are being televised it used to state that underneath the games which was a good feature. Now you have to go looking on a TV app to see if it’s televised. You’d think Sky would want to tell you the games that are featured.

An awful update
Slow, doesn’t update, cluttered interface, and worst of all…..text so big that you are now only able to read the first few letters of a headline, having to guess the rest.
Does anyone actually watch the videos which are ruined by the ads? Just look on Twitter and find the video miles quicker.

I don’t want to see women’s scores or news
Please make it available so I can turn off women’s new and scores I don’t want to see this . or do a separate app
Needs more user customisation available
Used the app for a long time, following a team in league one, and find it annoying that you can’t set your own priority for the order of the tables when you go to view, I have no interest in the women’s league so would be nice to be able to deselect it from the list rather than it be higher up the list than the league I follow as setting your favourite leagues does change that order at all.

I fully support the growth and visibility of women’s football, but not at the expense of the men’s game. What frustrates me is Sky Sports pushing women’s football ahead of major men’s competitions in the app, including showing it above the FA Cup in scores and results.
That isn’t balance, it’s forced prioritisation. Fans should be able to choose what they follow without the platform deciding what should matter more. Promote the women’s game by improving access and quality, not by sidelining existing competitions.
Right now this feels less like inclusion and more like positive discrimination, and it damages the experience for users who simply want the sport they follow front and centre.

The ads are infuriating
This app does what I need to, it quickly shows me live scores. However trying to consume any of the news or articles is genuinely rage inducing. I pay a lot per month for sky tv, which also carries a lot of ads. Why should I need to sit through 30 seconds of ads for a 1 minute video that could have been a 10 second read? Greed!

You need to update the My Favourite teams part, it shows the list of premier league teams but still has Leicester in it and no Bournemouth, I can I select Bournemouth if it’s not an option, even if I search I still can’t select them

Gets worse and worse
Time to delete. The double ads to watch every video were annoying. The pop up every time you open the app-annoying. But bearable. But now the ads make it impossible to scroll the commentary without it glitching out. Just unusable now. Enough is enough. See you later

Adverts galore stopping me from reading game commentary
Glitchy as hell and almost unusable
Been using this app for years but recently it has become more and more unusable. A few games I’ve tried to follow was showing the score but the commentary was for other games going on at the same time.
Recently on commentary page after a minute or so it will glitch to scroll down to advertising and doesn’t move away from there and means I have to close the app, reopen and wait the 30 seconds before it does it again!

Anyone Home?
Every single time my team plays. I get the commentary for a completely different game that I have zero interest in. Then when you do eventually strike lucky for one of your teams you get an advert that covers the commentary leading you to have to close the app down umpteen times to actually get the sodding app to do the basic function it’s designed for. By which point you give up and get the BBC Sport app! All those subscription monies increases eh. What’s it paying cause it ain’t the developers.
