ASSISTANT & FAMILY ACCESS • Invite an assistant or family member and choose exactly what they can see and do on your behalf. • Delegates sign in to their own streamlined portal — financials, invoices and referrals always stay private to you. WELCOME ABOARD • Connect to Sky Travel WiFi on board and the app greets you with a cinematic in-flight welcome and cabin concierge shortcuts. BETTER EMPTY LEGS • Sky Travel own-fleet legs now appear first with a distinctive gold card, operated on our own Hawker 400XP under our AOC. • Flexible legs show their full availability window so you can choose your preferred departure day. • Live availability refreshes throughout the day, and the route map is far easier to tap. • Requesting a leg now also opens a pre-written concierge message you can review and edit before sending. REFINED EXPERIENCE • Notifications slide down from the top with a frosted finish and can be swiped away, plus push updates whenever Operations confirms or changes a trip. • Smoother launch: the loading screen now cross-fades seamlessly into the Hawker 400XP intro film. • Cleaner sign-in screen and a new "Remember me on this device" option. • Request a Flight is now available to every aircraft owner. FIXES • Home screen Jet Card and Concierge widgets now reliably pull your hours and concierge details, with built-in diagnostics in Profile Settings. • Estimated flight times use true Hawker 400XP performance. • Assistant messages no longer disappear from the concierge thread. • Empty leg airport codes are validated against our airport database, so imported routes display correctly on the map.
