Horrible experience with activation of subscription.
Purchased annual subscription and it will not allow me to activate the subscription from the email they sent me to activate. I have made multiple attempts to activate and no success. Is there any support for this problem?

Great to just keep on & mellow out. Only one problem. On the Apple TV version. I’m constantly having to enter my access code to relink it to my subscription account.
Disappointed
I love this app greatly. It’s been a go-to when I have guests over or when I want to work and have something on in the background. I believed in this app BEFORE it was a monthly subscription and actually purchased specific videos. However, despite having already purchased those, I guess I’m not able to access them anymore since I don’t have a subscription… that just feels wrong. It feels like robbery. Incredibly isappointed in that regard, otherwise the app itself is magnificent.

Visual to go with Endel soundscape
I enjoy the nature videos. Most of the videos are moving forward through the scene. A few are backwards like looking through the back window of a car, which I would like to delete from my options. I like the group choices of forest, water, desert, and winter.

This app is amazing, it helps with stress and anxiety and depression for me. I would highly recommend this app for people. It’s very calming and relaxing.

I love this app. It’s so calming, and I notice a real change when I use it regularly, even for a few minutes a day. I usually try to get 10-20 minutes a day, and it’s such a pleasure to use. Keep up the great work!

Previous review: It's challenging to find natural scenery video apps like this with just calming natural sounds and no music. I love it for relaxing; looks great on my iPads. Videos are so professionally shot, slowly skimming above the earth. Highly recommend Sky Tripping!

Such amazing footage and PEACEFUL!!!
I downloaded this app when I got my Apple TV 4. I’ve loved the beautiful footage and the peaceful calm that comes into the room when it’s running. My kids beg me to leave it on at night after family prayers. Keep it coming !!
Pulled a fast one.
I did a free trial and enjoyed this app. Then, from my Apple TV or offered me the app for $19.99 one time. Or so it said.
My Apple subscriptions are billing me $5.99 a month for this.

There were multiple screens with different prices. When I opted out I was offered this deal. Good to know it is not your content?

Don't waste your $$ on this app. You'll regret it. Ease of cancellation is a joke!
Absolutely frustrating!!!
I’ve spent the past several days trying to fix the Apple TV app.
Although it acknowledges that I have the $59.99 subscription, which includes meditation, every single time I go to do the meditation, it requests that I sign up for an account.
I have followed every single instruction, but the app just keeps taking me in circles. If I open the app on my mobile device i.e. iPhone or iPad, it works perfectly. If I try to open it on Apple TV, forget it. It simply won’t allow me to watch the meditations.
I’ve tried deleting the app then restoring it onto Apple TV. That doesn’t work. When the only reason I paid for the annual subscription, is for the meditation on Apple TV, I am left feeling extremely frustrated.

The newer volumes are beautiful! Visitors always compliment when I have them on my big screen. I would love to see a Hawaii volcano set.
