Awful
Having to log in every time to record something is ridiculous. Surely the developers can add something that remembers us?
A very shoddy app.
It constantly crashes, freezes won’t show you anything but the startup screen. Sky just reminding its customers that they have no options here in NZ.
Almost unworkable
Lately just sits on welcome screen and never downloads program data. Tried deleting app and redownloading - same issue. COME OK SKY - FIX THIS APP.

The app used to be a good product, but has become unreliable - either refuses to load, or has to login every time. Could be so useful, but needs a major overhaul.
Won’t link to internet
The last few days Sky TV Guide won’t connect with the internet on my iPad although everything else works on the internet every day. I need help!
Rubbish
What was a strong and reliable app is now well and truly broken. And same for all my extended family - stopped working in 2025 after update 9months ago - please fix this!
Great for booking but awful for searching
EDIT 15/11/25: the app no longer launches, it is stuck on the progress bar despite restarting phone etc.—- I use the app a lot to book, especially if I’m away from home and I love it. However search based on a keyword produces a confusing list of results. It is useful that results are split into some categories et cetera, but the number in the category header does not match the actual results under it. The number is often greater than the listed results and you are left wondering where the rest of the results are. Also, sometimes the search cannot find results for your keyword even though you know for a fact there is something containing that word in Sky programming on tv set. Lastly, I would love to be able to filter the results as well, for example by live broadcast.

Don’t bother downloading this App, you will waste minutes of your life you will not get back. It reflects the service levels provided by Sky UK - utterly useless!

This is ok on the iPhone but just won’t work now on iPad. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Don’t know how many times I’ve reviewed this. Please sort it out.

This app needs a lot of work . It is always broken and you have to log in all the time that’s even if it starts up. Sky don’t seem interested in fixing
