No video
Like others I wished I had looked into the app before buying… we looked at lots of drones but ultimately chose the sky viper because my son desperately wanted one with a camera.. we tried for months to figure out why it wouldn’t work so now it’s too late to return the darn thing and we’re just stuck with it and the whole point was to use the camera..

This app doesn’t work
To anyone reading this review and thinking you got a bad product, there is a solution. This app does not work, but the SE app does. I downloaded it and it works just fine. Doesn’t need a password, just get on the drone wifi network and it will work fine.

I got a VISTA drone Friday 2025 January, and without this video app it worked great! Until I tried to use video. IT WOULD NOT CONNECT! Every time I enter the password it says “Connecting” for a few seconds and then it redirects me to the home page where it says how to turn on the drone and also says to enter the password. PLEASE HELP!

App or drone dosnt work
I spent 3 days trying to make the app or drone work nothing does either the app being broken or defective drone camera
It does not connect to my drone
No matter what I do it does not connect to my drone. I follow all the steps on the instruction sheet and the app itself. I have even went on google and it did not work. Please fix your app.
Use skyviper SE app instead
Product told me to use this one, but the se app is the one that worked

You guys are wrong. The code for the drone is literally on the bottom of it. It works so stop saying it doesn’t.

I have the drone but the app does not work and it says that there is no internet connection.
Manual has wrong instructions
If you have a Sky Viper Stream and Record Hi-Def Video drone model 18721, the instructions are super misleading. I have been struggling with getting the video to work and all this time I was just using the wrong app. You need Sky Viper SE Video Viewer, not Sky Viper Video Viewer 2.0. I am using an iPhone with IOS 17.5.1.

1 of all the app that the drone makers give you doesn’t work. But what they do is make a new app that doesn’t even work the wifi connection at the start always fails wast of money!

Why when I use this sky viper 2.0 app it wants me to put in a password to connect and the one I’m told to use won’t work!!
But if I use the original sky viper app for the Journey GPS SKY VIPER it works fine but can’t use some of the features that I should be able bc I can’t get this 2.0 app to connect and work!! Plz help me out

Useless
This software is useless. I tried for a week to connect to the Sky Viper Wi-Fi and got a “no internet connection” alert next to the Sky Viper network in Wi-Fi settings every time. Tried all the trouble shooting tips on the website. Nothing works.

Completely useless
If you’ve bought a sky viper drone- good luck. I bought a sky viper 2400 video drone and when combined with the camera IT COMES WITH it has been undeniably useless.
Although both apps require me to connect to the drone’s WiFi so that I can stream, neither will then allow me to do just that. The developers have since forgotten this company and as such I doubt this review will even be shown. There is no support for the HUNDREDS of bugs this drone has (including design flaws that allow certain parts to get lost on the drone- such as the memory device- and I hope that Sky Viper never releases another drone using this terrible app system.

I can’t open the app
It won’t let me open the app i’ve been waiting for 24 hours and nothing please fix this bug.
Compatibility error
The new 14.0 apple update isn’t compatible with the app, so you cannot view the camera with any device with apple update 14.0. Pls update app to be compatible with IOS 14.
