App is Good Creating an Acct. not so much
I’ve tried several times to create an account so I can track my order. I received an e-mail confirmation, but when I try to activate an account it says invalid e-mail. I can’t even reach anyone to rectify the problem without signing in. It’s a vicious circle that needs to be addressed.

Organized, user-friendly, and a perfect addition to what is already an amazing place to shop. Definitely shows customer experience is a priority. I love how I can stay connected with the shop when I can’t make it into the store. Looking forward to checking out product updates from my couch!
