Sky Buy… Sky Bye Bye
Response from developer
Hi, We are sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues when using our app. We are always working to bring our users the best experiences possible and fixing pesky issues along the way. Please keep an eye out for a new update coming very soon. We are sorry that you feel some of the menu information is not obvious. The menus are loaded like this due to the fact that there are many ordering locations which operate different menus at different times of the day. To give users the best and correct menu information the latest menu will refresh when you attempt to order. This way the user has the most accurate menu to order from at any given time If you wish to just view different menus, please visit the 'View Menus' button in the order tab. This will allow you to browse all of the menus you want for whatever location you want. We aren't seeing a lot of crashes as you reported but all of your feedback will be passed onto the team and everything will be looked into. If you have any further issues or want to provide any more detail please email skybuy@sky.uk. Hope you have a good day and thanks for using SkyBuy
Calorie information on food is inconsistent
Edit:
Not sure if this is the right place to raise it to. I’m still leaving the criticisms I have above as they are still a problem that’s unnecessary to exist.
However, some of the nutrition for food is inconsistent, in some cases the food would state that it’s a certain amount of calories but then state a different amount of calories within. For example, it says a Sausage for breakfast at Sky Osterley is 90 calories, but then if you click on the nutrition it says 153 calories. So it’s hard to know which one is correct and this makes calorie counting quite difficult
