Major issues
Attempted two flights. Randomly dropped connection to the drone both times and couldn't reconnect. I had no control over the drone and had to just wait for it to finish the route and auto-land. Thankfully it didn't crash or fly away, but I was worried it would the entire time. Not a pleasant experience. Major issues need to be addressed before I would ever consider using this app again.

Love it
This flight planner blows all others I've tried out of the water. Super simple and intuitive and my maps have come out perfect every time so far. Also is the only app that I know of that lets you change flight heading/direction which has saved me a lot of headache flying on construction sites around cranes. Please come out with Mavic version!

Expected more
Does not have enough options when editing flight paths, if you dont make straight lines while hand drawing path, it creates all these useless nodes. It does not calculate flight times. The flight path creation is too dumbed down, designed for kindergarteners
Keeps crashing
As much as I want to use this app I find that the frequent crashes (sometimes mid flight) on iPhone 6s mean it's too unreliable for me to trust. Will be going back to DroneDeploy until the issues are resolved.
Dishonest app description
Upto $3499 a month (min $199) without mentioning fees ANYWHERE is misleading - what's the point of claiming the app is FREE when you require a subscription to use it! If they lie on day one then I expect them to lie further down the road after you've committed time and money on this app. Avoid. See how the cheapest subscription has risen from $120 to $199 in just a few weeks!

I'm sure it's a great app but after a 30 day free trial it's $120 per month so I deleted before trying. Make it $20 one off payment and I might try it
Too Expensive
The app works very well... I've made a few very cool maps already. Here's the problem: You get a 30 day free trial, and after that, although the map is free, you have to send the photos into their website and have them create the map. The basic subscription is $199/month!!! Maybe I'm reading something wrong, but it sure looks like you pay nearly $200 a month if you want to keep making maps after the 30 day free trial.

Wow, this app is incredibly well designed, I'm very impressed. Such a seamless tool to operate - applicable to anyone! I've been using Commander to plan & execute drone flights in field nearly since it was realesd in the App Store. The experience is very clean and non-buggy. I strongly suggest this app for anyone getting into drones especially if you have the Phantom 3, 4 or Inspire. There are unlimited use cases out there for mapping and the Skycatch Processing engine is also really impressive, producing very high resolution maps. Commander's ability to store missions is very helpful along with the ability to split up flights into multiple routes (enabling one to swap batteries). Thanks so much Skycatch, I'm looking forward to what's to come!

Easy to use
Great tool to not worry about anything else
I don't have much experience with these types of automated missions, so I was pretty nervous from the get go. Being acrophobic and starting a mission from the rooftop wasn't helping either, but with a couple of more experienced friends and commander, everything went smoothly: Just drew the mission, armed and let it fly. Everything happened nicely: the phantom flew away, did its thing and landed back where it was supposed to, so alI had to worry about was getting down from the roof and processing my data. Can't wait to fly my next mission, hopefully from the ground this time.

Best mission planner
I’ve tried a lot of mission planners and this is by far the most well design & easy to use! Really wish I can change leg direction, but their support says it’s coming in the next release.
I flew a short mission over the weekend and uploaded to the Skywatch dashboard yesterday, got an email saying it was done and a link. The quality was really good, better than what I’ve seen on other sites. Not ready to pay for a subscription yet, still just testing it out but top choice so far.

Disappointed
I'm a contractor that has started using drones in my business. Gave Skycatch a try and was pretty disappointed. Lots of bugs, slow processing, light on features.
Needs work, they need to see what the competition has to offer!
Planning a mission is simple but tells you nothing about total flight time, number of batteries, number of pictures. Can't change the flight direction to accommodate for the direction of he wind. Lots of little things are missing. Can't even change the size of the area once you've set it up. Wish I had saved my money there are way for mature and better mission apps out there! Also needs to let you calibrate the compass prior to flight.

Super Easy to use!
I'm kind of a lousy pilot since I'm still learning but this app made making a map really easy. You don't even really need to know how to fly a drone. The map was ready in a couple hours and I had a cool new view of my local park.
