Purchaser 2 Accounts, never received them
The clash of clans accounts all state that you get the credentials instantly at purchase. I bought two accounts and did not see any credentials in the chat. I asked the “pro” but they didn’t respond right away. So I contacted support instantly. Fast forward 2 days later and still have no credentials. I requested at for me to get my cash back or credits so I can just get 2 other bases but support claims they can not help me and need their EU team to assist. But I guess the eu team has yet to read their request since I’ve put it in. Do not believe them when they say they have 24/7 support or that the delivered time is ever accurate. We will see if I even end up getting these accounts.

I was told they’d find a pro in 15-40 minutes. I ordered coaching on Thursday at 11am. Asked for a refund repeatedly when it took more than a day to find a pro, kept being offered other services instead and I just kept saying no, I want a refund. Was finally told to email accounting, got the same run around, asked for a refund 3-4 times and they just kept offering me credit or other services. Finally matched me with a “pro” on Sunday night at 11pm, and he said he is Master 2 in Rematch, which isn’t a rank in that game. So disappointed with this service. Might be better with more popular games but being basically denied a refund 8-10 times sure makes this feel like a scam.

bought an account and can’t login because of a wrong password which i was given. i’ve been waiting for an hour and a half for help and the seller gives no help.
Horrible customer service
Placed a order on August 2 and their pros took a long to even respond. It got to the point where I didn’t even want the service anymore so I had requested a refund. It’s currently August 6, 4 full days have gone by and they are trying to avoid giving me a refund after 5 emails of me specifically asking for a refund. Tbh guys just use another app or site for services.

Worst service I’ve ever received. They took my money and delivered an extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.
Their website claims they have 2,000 professionals online, but that certainly wasn’t my experience. It felt more like there were only a handful available, and the person assigned to me had very little idea what they were doing.
I ended up purchasing the exact same service from another provider, and the difference was night and day. The professionalism, communication, and quality of service were outstanding compared to SkyCoach.
I would give less than one star if that were possible. I won’t be using this service again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Scam alert
They took my payment and said they had a “pro” working on my order. The “pro” was unresponsive to update requests (4 requests in 12hrs). When I reached out to support, they were initially responsive and helpful, but just ghosted me when I wanted an update on progress after 12hrs of nothing but silence.

Terrible service / Scammed
This application is a scam be weary about what you get from the site. I have had multiple account issues after receiving services from SkyCoach. Their customer service is absolutely terrible instead of trying to provide a refund or make the situation right they advertise a 30% discount on my next purchase. Would NOT recommend at ALL!!

Takes too long
Even on the website it says it’ll take an hour or two but it’s almost been 4 and they got my platform wrong even though it says on the order what I use

Why are there so many 5-star comments? I think it seems that they are paid for saying something good about this platform. I saw the common problem from other 1-star comments. Their criticism is true. Don't touch this trash Skycoach. Only I wonder is when will Skycoach shut down and profit down to zero? Their business attitude determine They won't make any money. This platform doesn't deserve better life.
