Scam alert
They took my payment and said they had a “pro” working on my order. The “pro” was unresponsive to update requests (4 requests in 12hrs). When I reached out to support, they were initially responsive and helpful, but just ghosted me when I wanted an update on progress after 12hrs of nothing but silence.

Absolutely amazing service
I practically did everything wrong when buying a Clash of Clans account. I purchased it without creating an account first, changed the password multiple times, and ended up locking myself out. Despite all of my mistakes, their support team was incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Terrible service / Scammed
This application is a scam be weary about what you get from the site. I have had multiple account issues after receiving services from SkyCoach. Their customer service is absolutely terrible instead of trying to provide a refund or make the situation right they advertise a 30% discount on my next purchase. Would NOT recommend at ALL!!

Takes too long
Even on the website it says it’ll take an hour or two but it’s almost been 4 and they got my platform wrong even though it says on the order what I use

Why are there so many 5-star comments? I think it seems that they are paid for saying something good about this platform. I saw the common problem from other 1-star comments. Their criticism is true. Don't touch this trash Skycoach. Only I wonder is when will Skycoach shut down and profit down to zero? Their business attitude determine They won't make any money. This platform doesn't deserve better life.

Paid for my order two weeks ago, they never started the order and refuse to refund it. They stopped all communications every time I ask for a refund, but they keep saying they’re willing to refund it. They never actually refund it. Over $200 scammed

Tech Support is all bots
Their “1 hour estimates” essentially mean nothing. Once you make a purchase no one knows when it will be fulfilled truly, it can be an hour it can be days, it can also just never happen. The support team all just responded with generic “We are terrible sorry for the inconvenience please just wait a bit.”
No ETA. No reason. Nothing.
I’m sure they have a very carefully scripted terms of service but businesses like this that don’t even tell you anything about what you spent money on should be illegal, and just treat your customers better.
Please spend your money on their competitors if you, like me, don’t have time to accomplish things in a game you still love but want to enjoy.
They also leave items up you can purchase that they have no idea on whether they can fulfill it or not and also leave “typically 1 hour” bait for you to purchase it.

unreliable and inefficient platform
Booster is trash and easily getting annoyed when you made small mistakes. And the platform is always unwilling to refund. They find an excuse which they said providing somother service. Huh, you think I care? I dont need your service or refund anymore. I hope this platform leave the market ASAP. You wont make any profit and stop cheating other customers.

THIS IS A FULL BLOWN SCAM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. They never deliver and keep you waiting over and over. The only way to get a refund is to send support a separate email requesting and it takes 20 DAYS!!!!!
