L’applicazione è da migliorare ma funziona solo se la di lascia sempre attiva in background, se la di chiude poi per ricaricare il dispositivo per la gestione delle luci bisogna spegnere il telefono riaccenderlo dopo i fatidici 30 secondi del suo spegnimento e riaprire l’applicazione è il dispositivo viene trovato. Si chiede agli sviluppatori di migliorare questo problema che sarà dovuto al loro database e risolvere questo bug, tre stelle di valutazione sperando sia migliorabile in futuro! An app that will work for flow stone lights
Download Illumination FX app to run your lights, you’ll lose any scenes you had. Apparently the programmer has ghosted the installers. Hope this helps.

Need some communication!!
Will the development team be updating the the schedule bugs anytime soon. None of us can see text or change schedules for our lights. Please read your app reviews and respond, this is extremely frustrating for us, we paid a lot of money and are expecting a better experience and at least some communication as to when these problems will be addressed.

New IOS update
Was working fine until last week when I updated my iPhone to Version 16.1.1. Is an update to the app coming out?
Stay Away
As a customer and installer, all I can say is they don’t work very well and now since it updated, I can’t connect to the lights anymore now. I can’t get ahold of anyone I was working with there and now I just have dead lights and unhappy customers. Stay away and go get Gemstone instead.
Paid a small fortune for the lights and app barely works
Paid a small fortune for the lights and app barely works. Cannot read text and it is very frustrating as there is a layout error with the app where you cannot read text. I then downloaded the app on my iPad and wife’s phone and is doing the same thing where I cannot read the text or change the times in the schedule s on and off.

Horrible app that ruins the experience
Glowstone LED lights are great, but this app has been nothing but horrible. The UI and functionality are not there. It barely works and causes us to not use the LED lights.
Gemstone lights and the app is what I should’ve gone with. Might look to see if they can salvage the LED and install their controller.

This app is trash…it will finally work then the next time you go to use it it doesn’t connect.
Truly horrible App
Love the lights but the app is horrendous. Plenty of bad reviews and no response from the developer. Checkout the Gemstone app. I wish it worked with this system.

Beautiful lights, horrible app
This app is absolutely awful. Paid thousands for the lights but the app makes it so frustrating to use. Every year we have to call the have the app and router reset. User interface is not intuitive at all. Have to reprogram all the saved scenes each year.
Difficult to use
App is difficult to connect and difficult to set light patterns to anything other than pre programed. Timer option does not work either. Needs a serious update and soon. Payed to much money for the system to be limited by a crappy app.
Very frustrating app
Love my lights, but not the app. Needs some serious upgrading!! Looked at videos on YouTube - not very informative.

Big problem using more strips
I’ve just installed this app with wifi spi controller but is not possibile ti connect few Line in one scene, but only select one scene for each channel... not much functional for domotical service.
