CrashTacular!

This app just used to crash every time I tried to get a pdf of my logbook. Now it just crashes every time I open it. I have over 15000 jumps, over 3000 logged on this app. They are all gone, according to the new update.

Response from developer

Hi, I’m sorry to hear it, I have not come across any crashes prior to this. Do you have a backup on your Dropbox? I am not seeing any logs via the AppStore so am unable to identify the issue, but if you have a backup of your data, I can identify and fix the issue for you. I personally have 1178 logs on the app and am not seeing any crashes. Alternatively if you can share the following, I can try to identify the issue: Settings β†’ Privacy & Security β†’ Analytics & Improvements β†’ Analytics Data / Logs β†’ SkydiveLogBook-*.ips.

Clean design

I tested every skydiving logbook app and found this to be the best. One feature I like (as a new student) is the ability to add wind tunnel time. Also multi-sign, csv export, notes … a great app.

Thank you Gerry. Hope you like the new update.

Great Customer Service

I had minor bug issues and contacted the vendor. They provided a solution within 1 hour to rectify the issue. App has functioned great. I wish I would have transitioned to digital earlier.

Response from developer

Thank you 😊

Great App!!!

Great App. If there was a way to link the jump date/time of the DZ to a nearby weather service that could import the weather info for the date/time of jump that would be fantastic. Awesome app so far though!!!!!!

Best logbook on iOS

Edit v2.0

The developer is very responsive and making some great updates. I would highly recommend this app to any skydiver. I love the default altitude for DZ. maybe location based will come next 😁

I'm having one small bug. When I make a new jump I cannot choose a location. I must back out to my logbook and click the jump again then it will let me choose a location.

Edit V1.9

I like that the altitude defaults to 13,500 now. I would be cool if it was dz specific. I think a number pad would be helpful on the altitudes.

Tracking ratings and USPA membership would be awesome too. I'd pay for that!

2 requests for 5 stars

Easier UI for altitudes (number pad would be great) (number pad with a ,000 button would be awesome)

And developer contact / feedback form

But I will continue to use and recommend regardless.
