This app doesn’t work like it did years ago! Can’t hit the Zoom without the app crashing!!

This app used to work well but now whenever I click on the zoom button the whole thing crashes.

I’ve been using this app for at least 4 years now. I originally paid £6.99 and I’m pleased at that, so the current price of under £2 is a bargain.
It works well, gives instant front, middle, back distances, changing holes (assuming it doesn’t pick it up automatically, which it does pretty much everytime) is a doddle. The zoom function is useful although I rarely use it.
For the money this is very very good app.

Won’t work on iPhone 14
It simply crashes! Avoid!
Very good indeed
This is great, it just simply gives you yardages, its free, works without internet, what more do you want.
Satellite map not working
Google maps selected. Zoom presents blank map.
Keeps bugging off
App has never worked. Bugs out as soon as I try to get an overview of a hole. Don’t waste your money.
Stopped downloading courses
I loved this app on android. Very disappointed with iOS version. Search function has stopped working. Just getting jibberish. Need to find something better.

Works very well on ever course ive played....Always testing against other gps and range finders that other players have, and its accurate.
Disappointed
Had same app on a droid phone. Recently purchased an iPhone and this version does not not allow you to keep your score like the droid app. GPS works great so that’s a plus but the lack of a score card is an epic fail.
Great App
SkyDroid is the only app I use on the golf course. It gives me an approximate distance to the green for my approach shots without having to fiddle with it.
HOWEVER!!! Now for some reason when I click on the app it boots up and disappears.

Not enough information on my iPhone no score card plus
Great for yardage
Was recommended this app by an Android user. More accurate than my other friends’ apps but theirs keeps track of score, fairways hit, and putts. The android version of this app allows you to do this as well. 3 stars for not being the same as android. Would be 5 stars if I could keep track of my score/putts.

The Old Mill golf course in Salt Lake County Utah, change the front nine to the back nine and vice versa a year and a half ago. I’ve deleted this app and then re-downloaded it several times and it never switches these to the way they should be currently. I just kind of wondered if the developers of this app are kind of lazy.

GPS consistently off
Consistently off by 300+ yards on the one course I want to use (Falcolnhead in Austin).
No longer supported?
SkyDroid used to be very nice, but app now seems to be orphaned. No updates for several years. Have not been able to add new courses recently and tech support does not respond to inquiries. Is anyone home out there?
No way to add scores!
I paid for and downloaded the app on my iPhone. I added the courses that I played. Could not figure out how to add my scores. I called my buddy who loves this app. He told me there is a blue score button to hit. I didn’t have one. I emailed the company about it. It’s been a couple of days and still have not heard from them.

App works great. I use it at least twice a week. I just wish it would work on my Apple Watch.
