Login Bug
Every time I open the app and try to get it running, the sign in window pops up with the option to sign in with your Gmail or Apple login. I have chosen both, and even tried using the regular sign in process, and every time, it appears as if I’m logged in but never actually loads the app. It’s completely unusable. I have tried to contact support but the link is broken. Help! I want to make silly videos! lol

Won’t even load
This app won’t even load, it’s been stuck in the loading screen for 10 minutes, checked if there was an update but nope it’s up to date, please fix
Won’t let me sign in
I wanted the game my parents approved and stuff but like when I tried signing in it told me to sign in and it wouldn’t let me I signed it with my Google account. I signed him with my regular account and it’s still like just went back to the sign and page. It won’t let me make it in the app.
It does not let me sign in.
Every time I sign in it just doesn’t do anything. But when I sign up it says problem with creating your account. How do I fix this?
I app is useless
The app don’t load the Environments it says not able to connect to WiFi and saying to get closer to WiFi router but my internet is super fast please fix this issue ASAP

This app needs to be fixed because i literally have good WiFi and I still can’t access any of the backgrounds. Please fix these bugs within your app because it’s very sad and annoying.

Wifi not working and clips not loading
So, I recently reinstalled this app just to use it again, and I'm glad that they've made more of the worlds available to non-premium users, but, I'm having a problem with the app saying I don't have a WiFi connection even though my WiFi works completely fine in other apps. This is also affecting the clips; I can record a clip, but can't watch it back because it doesn't load. When I clicked the "Subscribe" option at the bottom to see if it was a subscription thing, that was also stuck on loading. Can you guys please find a way to fix this?

I would love to use this app for its amazing features but, things took FOREVER to load and the quality was good I guess, but all the features you see on the video, I have no idea how to access. Needs a tutorial video.

An absolute blast and so much fun to use. If 4K rendering is ever added as an immediate footage file instead of having to do it in post you could do quick and easy full on production with just your iPhone alone.
Way to expensive
Great app but crazy cost maybe a one time fee of $24 or make the subscription low enough to afford
Wait for major improvements
Usually can’t get the front camera to work. The rear cameras work fine and the app is neat when it works okay but there is a ton of development still needed for this to be worth a monthly subscription. They should let people use a free version for now while they learn from user data and make it a truly valuable product. But alas, I guess this is what can be expected when you get a bunch of tech bros together.

So first it was advertised as a face thing and in the app that had to be payed even though the ads said free and also it’s just ads and having to pay for everything so fix ur app it’s a terrible app

App has trouble functioning. Ai relighting is clearly in beta, not sure if it’s even ready for us to even try as a beta. Waited 40 minutes for a 7 second clip to be relit, and it was super dark, almost pitch black for half of it. Unusable. Most of the relit videos I’ve generated, the subjects just get cut off and disappear, despite being perfectly keyed in the preview, or jitter violently. Often times the video will cease to render halfway through, and the only option is to cancel it, re-export it, and hope it actually works this time. One of my videos stopped rendering while halfway done, unable to continue and now I can no longer even get the original version. The only Option is “cancel” which would then delete the video forever, leaving me with neither the relit version, the preview, or camera original. A lot of this wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t locked behind a $18 a month subscription. Just a waste of time and money in its current state. Just use the free version, download the in app video and camera original, use runway to rotoscope your subject, relight it yourself and then overlay that over the footage. Would be less of a headache.
