Used to be exceptional!
I have been using SkyLife Pro for several years. It was superb, one press and Logbook and rosters were updated and approximately 2 hours before a duty you would receive an email with your crew and weather etc.
My airline changed its log in from PingID to MS authenticator. We were told a fix was on the way and one half of it rolled out. It hasn't functioned for over 2 years now. You can email a CSV file to update your logbook. I have emailed about updates to when full functionality will be restored, sometimes I don't get a response and other times I do and am told progress is going well, it's been over 2 years, It feels like it isn't going that well after this lengh of time.
My membership is due for renewal next month, I shall not be renewing and have moved all my details to another provider who's app does function.
If this ever works how it used to I will be back. At the moment I don't have any faith that it will.

Doesn’t work !!!!
DO NOT WASTE your money. The app hasn’t been working properly for weeks and when you contact them they won’t even reply !!!!!

Registered. Paid £18 Log in. Won’t update. Won’t update roster. Even the contact doesn’t work - emails returned to my email address despite using the link on an email they sent to me!

Incredible App
Having been an Airline Pilot for 13 years this is a must have for anyone. Rather than taking the time to write out your logbook this App will update everything very quickly and leave all of your information very neatly.

Recommend the website
The website version is fantastic. Great for cabin crew. However the app doesn’t work for me with regards to my briefing. Useful for trying to figure out where and when you flew with that crew member!

A no brainier for flight crew
This app is super for flight crew. The logbook function is well presented, and the pre departure briefings contain great information. There is also great back up support from the app developer if you have any issues!

There is then a really useful pre flight briefing with everything you need in one place. Find out about the status of your next flight before the current one has finished. The skylifepro.com website has even more functionality, which you can access for free for the first month.
