Для розробників

Програма зручна тільки для продавців. А як для власника - дуже крива. Окрім статистики в ній мало зручності. Зовсім «поклали» на документообіг. Просто неможливо вести облік розрахунків з контрагентами (постачальниками). Нема нормальної інтеграції з банком. Видалення товарів - та ще мука, навіть при нульових залишках, програма не може видалити товар. Налаштування бонусних програм, акцій та знижок - дуже не продумані. І т. д.
При зверненні до ТП - результатів 0. Вони тільки фіксують звернення і все. При проханні звʼязку з менеджментом компанії - пропонують тільки пошту, але розумію, що звернення на пошту просто залишаться без уваги. Розробники випускають багато непотрібних додатків, замість допрацювання функціоналу програми. Тому задумайтесь при виборі цієї програми. Я вже жалкую що не обрав той самий “Poster”

Користуюсь цією програмою давно окрім гарного інтерфейсу нема чого тут шукати…таке відчуття що розробники просто закинули цю програму і вона їм більше не цікава
А перейти на іншу програму з 5000 товарами не так і просто тому якщо ви тільки вибираєте програму раджу добре замислитись
