Frustrating
I can’t emphasize enough how frustrating this useless app is after a long day of flying.
It worked for me the first two times I used it in PHL. Since then I have attempted to use it many times and it has not worked at all. I’ve tried multiple uninstall/reinstalls with no success.
It excels at irritating and frustrating me.
Airline people don’t even bother.
