About

Bring the sky outside your window to your iPhone and iPad. Skyrium is a calm, ambient sky. Clouds drift by, birds and planes pass overhead, and stars twinkle at night. Leave it on your desk or bedside and watch the day slowly unfold. THE REAL SKY'S COLORS Skyrium calculates the height of the sun from sunrise and sunset at your location. Dawn is a little pink, dusk glows orange, and day length changes with the seasons, just like outside. THE REAL MOON AND METEOR SHOWERS Tonight's moon rises and waxes and wanes with its real phase. Full-moon nights glow a little brighter. On the peak nights of meteor showers like the Perseids, shooting stars become far more frequent. WEATHER IN THE SKY More clouds on cloudy days, and rain or snow falling when it's rainy or snowy. (Full version) TOUCH THE SKY • Tap a star at night to send it shooting • Tap an empty patch of sky to place a cloud A DAY IN FAST-FORWARD Shrink a day to 1 hour, 10 minutes or 1 minute and watch morning turn into night. WIDGETS AND STANDBY • Home Screen: today's sky colors and the next sunrise or sunset • Lock Screen: how far the day (or night) has progressed • StandBy: turn your charging iPhone sideways for a bedside sky clock FULL VERSION (ONE-TIME PURCHASE) • Set the number of clouds and stars and the cloud speed • Show airliners, jet formations and birds (swallows in spring and summer, V-formations of geese in autumn and winter) • A clock blimp that drifts by every 15 minutes, showing the current time • Adjust screen brightness at night • Reflect live weather Buy once and use it on all your iPhones and iPads with the same Apple Account. ALSO • Option to keep the screen on while Skyrium is open • The screen dims at night, so it stays easy on the eyes at your bedside • Your location is used only to calculate sunrise, sunset and weather, and is never stored elsewhere • Works without location access, showing the sky over Tokyo

2.2.0

October 24, 2026

• New sunrise alarm: starting 30 minutes before the set time, the sky turns to dawn and the screen brightens, then birds begin to sing • Every few hours the sky can turn to wispy cirrus or a mackerel sky, depending on the season and weather, and thunderheads rise from the horizon on summer afternoons • Rain and snow now fall toward you from the sky above, as when you look straight up, and raindrops gather on the skylight glass. Overcast and rainy skies turn gray and darker, and snowy skies turn a pale gray (Full version) • Planes now fly at night too, with their navigation lights blinking (Full version) • The clock blimp's sign now also shows the temperature, the next sunrise or sunset, and the date (Full version)
