High latence
Many times I have problems to connect to the device and also long waiting time to connect to device, update would be nice.

Not working fine.. spend many time waiting for connection, and when take connection to my home wifi .. waiting, waiting app stil calculate connection .. and nothing .. but not another way use his products :/ not buy nothing what working whit this system or application !!! I thing “ idiot “ made this not working app and honest we have app on apstore .. spend money , time .. newermore on this system . not working ..

SkySmart issue
I’m currently experiencing the following issue:
- Really very very slow startup app
- Closing the display means restart (very slow) app again
- Unstable zone images and sometimes setup to default pict
The app is not compatible with Apple HomeKit / Google Assistant

Neither app or wifi controller work.
This app forms part of a software/hardware LED strip lighting control programme. I bought the SkyDance remote control, dimming transformer and remote smart dimmer (which is where this app comes in) as a bundle to control brightness of my LED strip lights as they are often just to much. I could not get the app to work at all, it states I have to connect device and app to my network, but there’s no way to do that. It can’t find the network and can’t connect to the hardware, none of which wirk either. The lights I managed to get working so I know they’re not faulty but the whole Wi-fi dimmable system supported by this app is a complete fail. Moreover, it’s a chinese product with no documented contract on how they access your network and manage your data and privacy. I’d be very concerned about literally every aspect of these combined products. Neither the hardware or the software function correctly (or do they????)

Needs improvement... much improvement
App is slow. Does not connect to network properly. Can not match to led driver because match button in app is missing. Also other connection methods do not

Iphone 11 pro con l’ultimo ios disponibile ad oggi, ma l’app non permettendi fare il match.

Works well for pool cage led lighting
Works great... full color wheel to select any color from full spectrum and light intensity. Need ability to save scheduled lighting by time and day of the week along with color and multi display or dynamic mode selected. That update would get the fifth star.
Collegamento Lento
Molta lenta a collegarsi, sempre in aggiornamento. Se chiudi ed apri l’app ci mette troppo tempo a collegarsi. Per il resto l’app va benissimo, facile da usare
Algunos detalles para mejorarla aún más
La App es la mejor opción para sacar la máxima funcionalidad a los productos SkyDance;.. Una pequeña mejora sería poder mover las zonas de luz creadas, ya que cuando tienes muchas la última creada queda al final de la lista, si quieres moverla al primer lugar para tenerla más a mano no se puede.

It’s not smart it’s rubbish, connection problem’s on two different phones. I gave it one star so I could leave this review, don’t waist your time with this app.
