Does not work
The App will not let me register and the lock on the luggage does not work. Have tried for several days to get in touch with someone with no luck. They charge top dollar and have not provided what they charge for.
App doesn’t work; makes one of the points of the luggage moot
Had the app and haven’t used it in a couple of years (no plane travel). It wouldn’t pair with my luggage, said the luggage I had was not connected when I tried to disconnect it. I deleted the app and it throws errors when I try to create a new account with a different email and when I try to reset my password. Completely unworkable at present.

Don’t do it
Sorry folks, I was a backer from day one. I believed in the product, but sadly it has not lived up to the promises. The lock is of poor construction, and easy to break into. Fortunately, that turned out to be feature, when on a trip suddenly the cas decided to never unlock again. The app remained connected, and states it is locking and unlocking, but never does so. Of course, it chose the worse possible time to do so, and such, needed to be broken to get at my wallet and passport. Never will I give money to a kickstarter like this again. Do not waste your money.

App not working
I have been unable to log into the app for over a week. Emails to the support have gone unanswered. It seems they have gone dark. Not sure if they are even around any longer.

The killer app for travel hardware
Super convenient, and more importantly secure. I travel for work, often with presentation materials or gear I can’t lose. The peace of mind this provides is so nice when I’m on the road juggling clients, travel nonsense, etc.. Pairing was super easy, and the suitcase itself is awesome. Five stars.
