overload?

it works well for a period of time then randomly it turns off so i go to the app and it tells me “overload” when i used it for atleast 2 hours. i thought this was meant to fastest vpn platform but i guess not. please fix this ASAP.

Free premium is trash

I am at china and I use this vpn for daily life. I mainly use the free version but using it for 1 hour every week makes it crash the entire server? It forces me to switch to premium where you have to watch adds for only 50mb of usage and it runs out in 1 minute.
