You can’t select images to create your profile, and you can’t go past that screen without photos. Feels like the app was abandoned mid build.

Difficult setup - cannot complete

The setting up of my account as a pilot is impossible to complete, not user friendly.

Likely a scam

Have to put in way too much information to start an account and even when I did I have not been able to log in for over 2 weeks saying that my account is under review. No way to access customer support as it gives you this message when. Trying to log in. Also makes you start a Stripe account which also requires your business to have a website which I’m sure most small time drone freelancers do not have. This app is terrible and the hoops that you have to jump through are excessive. Would not give them my information again.

Address Field not working

I had hopes for this app but the address field is not fully functional and I cannot input my correct address to register.

Hello, we apologize for that issue. That was a 2 day smoke test bug that wasn't working. We have since long fixed this issue in an update and addressed that issue very quickly for pilots. We have since revamped our system with many new features for drone pilots. We are also set to launch our latest features including Pilot Optimization. We would love to have you back. At anytime you could have reached out to discuss the issue rather leaving a 1 star review. We are always here to help with technical issues and we usually correct issues relatively fast. Our system is faster and more updated now. You should consider looking back into joining our network. We would rather pilots with technical issues contact us and give us a chance to help rather than default to negative reviews. At the time of your review, we were already fixing the issue, too bad you didn't stick around to see it fixed. It didn't take long. We hope for your return and to see out platform running smoothly.
